Delivery & Returns



We can ensure your order will be delivered on time and in full. However please note that during peak demand times (such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and Black Friday weekend) deliveries may take longer than expected. Bold uses UK Royal Mail and Hermes services to ship to the UK and worldwide, with standard and express shipping options available in most locations.

General Information

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building and apartment numbers is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Every order is tracked

For maximum peace of mind, all orders are sent with tracking. You can easily track your order on the relevant courier website with the tracking code we automatically send to you on your shipping confirmation.

Next day and express delivery

Generally, for orders delivered to locations where we offer Next Day/Express delivery, order before 1.30pm from Monday - Thursday for your order to arrive the next day. We do not currently offer weekend delivery on Saturday or Sunday or on UK Bank Holidays. Any orders placed on Friday after 1.30pm or over the weekend with Next Day/Express delivery will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note delivery estimates are subject to your location and couriers might extend the delivery window if your location is classified as "remote". Please contact our customer care team for more information on this. If you order products from our site for international delivery, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination outside of the UK. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Payment of any such import duties and taxes is the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags intact for lingerie and accessories. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Bold. There are a few things we can’t exchange or refund, these are:

  • Lingerie, which has been used or where the hygiene seal, tags or labels have been removed.
  • Hosiery which has been used and where the seal is broken.

 International returns

If returning goods from outside of the UK, please ensure the package is sent on a tracked service or with ‘proof of postage. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Bold. Customers from outside the UK and the US are responsible for the cost of returns. If your item is incorrect or faulty please contact us at within 14 days of the receipt of the parcel in order to obtain either a refund or a replacement.
